Review of Meet Bill (2007) by Tanya A — 08 Sep 2008

I like the actors in this, especially Eckhart, but this movie had no idea what it was supposed to be. I mean, there's the now-cliche plot about bored suburban couple and a husband entering a mid-life crisis, but then there's this weird, high school comedy subplot thrown in that feels completely out of place.

And neither plot works very well and I just don't think Eckhart is meant to play this part. I just didn't find any of it better than mediocre.
