Review of Mechanic: Resurrection (2016) by Harry W — 05 Sep 2016

This is the sequel to the remake by Jason Statham of The Mechanic. This time around, Bishop has a love interest - Jessica Alba, who is a plant by the villain - Crain and is then kidnapped and held by Crain to force Bishop to go back to work. The script is mixture of Bourne, IM, Cammando and James Bond. Little dialogue and lots of action mostly all violent and gun play and hand to hand fighting. Plot is thin but make sense and is linear.

Locales are very visual with lots water scenes around the world from Rio to Maylaysia.

Jessica Alba looks total fabulous in a bikini! Alba has a couple of scene where she does hand to hand combat with multiple attackers too and is also shot!

Would like a third sequel!
