So bad it's good! God this movie is terrible XD. Completely stupid dialogue that ruins every scene with more than 10 seconds of speaking, action that isn't that interesting, and a generic villain, along with tommy Lee jones in a completely batshit role.

I love it! It's just so dumb and so worthless, but it is somewhat entertaining seeing some alright action.
