A lighthearted, breezy fun film buoyed by a fantastic performance by Bill Murray and a witty script. Just very watchable and well executed, even with its loose structure and non-existent plot. I wouldn't consider that a drawback simply because it seems like exactly what they were going for.
As Bill Murray repeatedly yells "It just doesn't matter!".
