Review of Mean Girls 2 (2011) by Lee K — 28 May 2011
Ok I really thought this one would suck as none of the original cast except for Tim Meadows stars in this one. However I was pleasently surprised at it although not as good as the roginal it was pretty close.
Pretty much(aside from Meadows) is cast with unknowns. This time the new girl who moves into town and North Shore High is Jo (played by Meaghan Jette Martin) she lives with her widowed out of work stock car mechanic father although he is presently is working on a engine to get him back on top.
Jo finds out to soon that things at North Shore havent changed and are still as 'plastic' as ever. Cliques galore! In cluding the famous plastics who are now fronted by the evil Mandi Weatherly (Maiara Walsh) who spends most of her time coaxing the rest of her school to put the hate on outcast Abby (Wizards Of Waverly Place's Jennifer Stone) Jo Decides to be Abby's only freind after her wealthy family pretty much throw which would be much needed college intuition money in her face in a desperate bid for Jo to be her freind.
This could lead into a crisis but i'll leave that up to you guys who decide to see this. Another good high school type film that has the moralic story of dont be false just cause people will think you are cool be who you are.
