Review of Mean Girls 2 (2011) by Tasha M — 08 May 2013
There are movies and then there are sequels, certain movies deserve sequels like Jurassic Park, Lethal Weapon and Police Academy. Sequels appear when u least expect it and I wasn't expecting a Mean Girls 2, let alone a Mean Girls starring even more Disney stars.
Jennifer Stone ( Wizards of Waverly Place ) plays Abby this girl that doesn't fit in at school and gets picked on alot, sorta like her character Harper. Maiara Walsh ( Cory In The House ) takes over the leader role as Mandi, a role that Rachel McAdams conquered in the first one.
The whole outcome of the movie is bland and Tim Meadows being the only person returning doesn't bring anything to the table. We've seen this many times before and the sixth time is so not the charm, thank god Tina Fey walked away after the first one.
