Gregg Henry is in the wrong place @ the wrong time & ends up being sent up the river for 1-5 on a drinking & driving hit & run; serving his prison term @ a work camp that has a foreman(Kennedy)who has a team of prisoner hunting dogs led by his favorite doberman (Ratter who he loves a hilariously unhealthy amount).
After pissing off the some mean brothas in the main populous he takes the job as dog runner or Dog NLgga (which I think would have made a great title for this flix).
