~ Looks like a made with friends over a wknd for video - but in fact was filmed with Panavision equip't and cast by a CSA member. So there was some budget. ~ It's not fun to recommend something so ultimately heavy, but it's well done with ample complexity.
The bully problem-issue is shown, in this case, to be less than a straightforward matter, especially in the hands of youth. Usually a bully only understands a bigger bully. And that might've worked here except for .
