If you want beautiful filming of the big wide open Brazilian north-east and a great insight into realities of peasant lifestyles and a very strong-hearted Brazilian woman, this is the film for you. fantastic acting, funny, wrenching.
. this is the kind of life lived by a lot of the people I met in Amazonia.
