Jim Carey is Officer Charlie Baileygates who basically allows the people of the town he lives in to walk all over him till one day Hank emerges from his mind but Hank isn't like Charlie no he is mean and a bit crazy so the journey begins when Charlie is asked to take a fugitive in the form of Renee Zellweger to New York and his fight with Hank who is always lurking waiting to get out.
This movie is so funny you will die laughing lol.
