Review of Me Before You (2016) by Yun H — 21 May 2018
Perhaps the greatest thing about this movie (and I rarely watch romance movies of any variety) is its prominent yet tactful reach into a very serious and sometimes sensitive topic. It is heart-warming and heart-wrenching in a wonderfully hopeful and optimistic way, and the cast performs splendidly together.
This is not your average rom-flick if you allow yourself to look deeper at what this movie is saying; it isn't just about falling in love with a person. It's about falling in love with life, and learning how to keep doing it.
