Review of Me and You and Everyone We Know (2005) by Keane S — 28 Feb 2011
So much to say about this movie. Watching the trailer I was excited and figured this may be a movie I would fall in love with.
At times the film has the potential to runaway and let you get lost in the characters and the stories, yet once things finally build up the film ends.
I enjoyed watching the film because you saw many small stories about various characters revealing lots of human truths. The struggle for acceptance and comfort is apparent throughout the film, as characters young and old struggle with life's concepts about being alone and what they should be doing.
The movie has it's funny points as well, albeit a little odd. ))<>(( would definitely be one of them ha. Love the concept of the movie, and enjoyed watching most of it but for me it didn't fully connect full circle at the end. Definitely a hit over a strikeout but not a homerun for me.
