Review of Me and You and Everyone We Know (2005) by Laura C — 19 Feb 2008
Wanted to watch this for about a year and I'm so glad I finally did. I had a feeling I'd like it, mainly cause I'm a big fan of John Hawkes and I like a good slice of indie comedy, but this surpassed my expectations. A great look at how people try to connect with others, some really awkward scenes and then some other truly great ones. Very funny as well and a really good cast, Miranda July and John Hawkes are both great.
The poop back and forth seen had me in fits. Genius.
