Review of Me and Earl and the Dying Girl (2015) by Joey F — 11 Jan 2016

I watched this movie just on a whim and I am so happy I did. These characters are so interesting and so enjoyable. I want these people to be real. When a movie can do that, you know it's something special.

My biggest flaw with the movie is that there are certain elements that are definitely "trying too hard." Especially trying too hard to be quirky and abnormal. But, If you can get past those things, prepare to laugh a lot and cry a lot.
