Review of Me and Earl and the Dying Girl (2015) by Chris F — 08 Nov 2015
Such a great film, Thomas Mann and Olivia Cooke are perfectly cast as two opposite teenagers befriending one another when Cooke's character becomes ill. I love the call outs to independent and foreign films either through the "remakes" done by the characters or the music choices.
This movie changes up the coming-of-age formula. I recommend it.
