Review of McFarland, USA (2015) by Chance E — 21 Mar 2015
Kevin Costner already took on football and baseball now let's try cross country. McFarland USA is the 2014 Kevin Costner sports movie and how is it? Pretty Enjoyable. First of all I think Kevin Costner found his niche with sports movies they're always good and he's always good in them you know that going in.
As for the rest of the cast they all did a good job. A few times where I thought " really?" But that was only one or two times in the movie. And albeit the movie is pretty predictable. The way you think it's gonna go down is pretty much more or less how it goes down.
But it's still fun to watch. The most important thing a sports movie can do is make you root for the underdog McFarland USA did it and did it well.
