Just enough inspiration to be called inspirational with a overdose of stereotype sentimentality - becomes cloying at times. Its like film makers were trying hard to overcome their own racial stereotype/bias.
Kevin Costner brings balance and poise to an otherwise movie awash with petty emotions.
