Review of Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials (2015) by David L — 15 Dec 2015
Thoroughly disappointing, the Scorch Trials fails to deliver on story, character and suspense, of which the book had so much. The plot isn't anything like the book, and the story they wrote was so awful and generic. The characters are but hollow shells of what they were in the books. Instead of opting for the slow hitting, mind bending virus that the book had, they instead choose the most generic zombie post-apocalyptic plot they could settle for.
The Scorch Trials was a complete and utter disappointment. And, because of the failures of this move, the Death Cure cannot be good either.
