Review of Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials (2015) by J.d. G — 27 Dec 2015

After the first installment, for those who haven't read the books- we had no idea where this was going. Most of the critic reviews are annoyed that the 2nd movie in a trilogy isn't answering enough questions.

As always critics cannot see the forest through the trees. This is not its own story, but the bridge between the start and the finish and must be looked at in such a fashion. I see no lack of story here, and as a middle movie, there are plenty of things for the group to overcome, and still that lack of overall scope to comprehend the greater picture.
