Brutally boring. Genuinely uninteresting. Cardboard cutouts as "actors." Uninspired, generic post-apocalyptic costume design. And a plot so abysmally convoluted, it makes the Phantom Menace look like a masterpiece. A painful experience all around.
How this got green lit is a marvel.
