Review of Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials (2015) by Danipp — 20 Sep 2015
The sequel to Maze Runner is as electifying as the first film. Action sequences are amazing and the desert can be quite scary with the "dead" people's presence. On the other hand, the story gets very confusing as new information comes and we don't know who to trust in, even among Gladers aka Teresa.
I know the story can be complex but whathappens here is a poorly developed script. In addition, duration can bore us in a few moments when we actually want the film to end but things don't stop happening and we have many "endings" until the real one comes.
In other words, the script gets a little bit confusing and let us with even more doubts towards the story and credits start rolling. It's as if we were lost just like characters on screen but they're at least moving, while we are sit on a chair.
