Review of Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials (2015) by Magical W — 11 Jun 2016
It's worse than the first. But so was the second book, although the movie has different problems. The book's problems consisted of the characters becoming more annoying, while the movie's are comprised of a pointless plot twist, a bland villain, and a lack of mystery.
Don't get me wrong, there's a lot of things we still don't know. But it's not nearly as interesting as the first time. However, the actors to a good job (especially O'Brien) and the action is well choreographt.
I just wish they spent more time explaining things.
