Review of May (2008) by Steve W — 27 May 2009
One of the weirdest film I have ever seen. This is a one of a kind, psycho weird film, that is both comedic and scary at the same time. Thought I can never bring myself to watch it once more, its definitely a must if you havent seen it. Great acting!
May, a socially-stunted girl who spent her childhood growing up as a friendless child, whose bestfriend is a doll stored in a glass case. May works in an animal clinic and has an uncanny obsession with perfect body parts, which she would eventually sew up to create her 'best' friend!
Lucky McKee is definitely a director to look out for, for his fresh and uncanny horror films.
