Review of May (2003) by Jennie R — 06 Jul 2010
This movie saves all of its killing until the end & rushes it in. That format really annoys me. I like the plotting and the suspense of the kill. However, that is forgiven considering the unforgettable performance of Angela Bettis.
She was creepy, weird and all with a swirl of innocent sugary sweetness. The rest of the actors just looked like amateurs compared to her. I am not real sure what the director was aiming for with Anna Faris' character but what he filmed sure wasnt it.
Worth a peep if you come across it.
