Review of Maximum Overdrive (1986) by Ryan F — 06 Oct 2018
I remember watching this movie as a teenager in the 80's so I decided to revisit it. As an adult I realize that this movie lacks anything and everything that even resembles a good movie. It's a 97 minute movie with 97 seconds worth of a script, so it got pointless pretty quickly.
There was extremely little character development. Now, the only reason I'm giving this movie 2 stars instead of 1 is because the one and only redeeming quality in this dumpster fire is Ellen McElduff's wonderfully memorable and overenthusiastic scenes screaming "WE MADE YOU".
