Acting, poor. Story, poorly developed. Dialogue, poor. Entertainment, ok. Maximum Overdrive is not a good film and it's not that entertaining, but the action scenes are really fun and the special effects aren't that bad.
The music though is incredible, and is brilliant for AC/DC fans.
