Kids and their dog stop the bad guys, with a lot of 'Merica thrown in for good measure. The dog scenes are quite impressive, although the story is clearly aimed at a younger audience (who may not be able to process the war scenes.
) Watching "Max" made me wish Hollywood would make an adult drama about military dogs and their handlers.
