Review of Max (2002) by Tony N — 09 Jul 2008
A MUST SEE! Dark, nuanced and personal look at Hitler and post-war Germany. Obviously a work of fiction, it puts the viewer in the era and poses the "what if" questions. It also really ties together art and politics and how the Nazis really tied them together.
(Not unlike both the Soviet and Italian Regimes.) I RECOMMEND this WITHOUT RESERVATION!
