A great western that I loved when I was a teenager and still love today! Bert (Brett) Maverick makes his way across the old west to a half million dollar poker tournament on a river boat.
I found out from Susan that James garner who plays mavericks dad actually played maverick in the original TV series back in the 60s. Who knew? (Susan apparently) she also sang the theme song. I gave that a 5 out of 5.
