A consistently funny, exciting and above all entertaining comedy western from Richard Donner with a great cast, simple, fun, well-paced story and tons of witty banter. Sure it's beyond silly (the magical ace of spades) but you know right from the off with Mel riding into town on his donkey what you're in for so accept right then and there that the movie may be a little on the lighthearted side and you're in for the treat.
Lethal Weapon fans can expect an extra special surprise too!
