Roy (Cage) is a neurotic OCD border-line-Rain Man con artist trying to keep up his shady business with his partner Frank (Rockwell) while at the same time getting to know his daughter again.
Half relationships-drama, half action-comdey. Time well spent even though you almost evolve OCDs yourself while watching the movie :p.
