Maybe this was the last great Nic Cage movie. Maybe not. He is suitable bonkers and Sam Rockwell is always great in everything he does and the ultra young looking Alison Lohman playing 14, but actually was in her 20s.
The ending was a bit of a stretch in terms of credibility. I think they could have spent more time on the cons and Cage showing Lohman some tricks etc, instead of all the psych visits and the home stuff.
All in all its a great movie.
