Review of Match Point (2005) by Liam U — 13 Aug 2009
Scarlett Johansson is absolutely smouldering, and Jonathan Rhys Meyers turns in a good performance in what is quite an interesting and nicely executed film from Woody Allen. The story contains several unexpected twists and a rather good story, depicting the desperation one man will go to in order to hide his affair.
The support cast are good, and Woody Allen portrays a side of London not often seen in recent films.
