Oh my. First of all, I reccomend taking a shot anytime someone says "perimeter". It's like the scriptwriter just learned a new word and wanted to practice it. Also? Sketetor is the dumbest villian EVER! It's good for some camp value, and awesome 80s sound effects.
But it makes no sense AND it has more in common as a cheesy rip off of star wars than the actual cartoon. As my friend Geoffery would say "only in an 80's movie could a synthesizer save the world".
