Review of Masters of the Universe (1987) by Amy H — 24 May 2008
Saw this at my local ( now DEMOLISHED, THE UTTER SACRIDLEDGE ) Cannon Cinema on Boxing Day in 1987, I remember loving it, even being slightly disappointed that it was set on Earth more so than Eternia, but that I LOVED the effects and actors.
Frank Langella & Meg Foster take acting honours for me. Its still a classic 80s sci-fi/fantasy flick, but FINGERS & TOES crossed that the rumoredly up and coming NEW FILM will be EVERYTHING any fan of He Man could WISH for.
