Review of Masterminds (2016) by Dianne S — 06 Oct 2016
All of the actors pretty much play themselves, though with nowhere to go and nothing appealing about any of their characters. The plot is cliche and it doesn't have consistent laughs, nor any one particular sequence that garners lot of laughs.
Galifianakis and Wiig don't have chemistry, which was needed to make it work. Sudeikis' character feels forced and random. Overall just boring and poorly-made.
