Review of Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World (2003) by Lyndon G — 14 Nov 2009
I thought this was a thoroughly good movie. Its amazing popularity with some people had me scratching my head for a while. (Rather like Gladiator.) I'd see both again, and not only out of curiosity.
This one is long and quite an ordeal to watch, but I wasn't impatient.
