Review of Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World (2003) by Ratnakar S — 22 Jan 2011
Good naval warfare movie, set in the Napoleonic War. Solid plot, excellent direction. Does run out of steam towards the end, but the special effects and realism of it all make up for that.
Great performances by Russell Crowe and Paul Bettany.
