I watched this last night, just to finally see what the big deal is. It was all right, if you consider a bunch of episodes of a tv show strung together to be an actual movie. Yes, I know that the movie came before the tv show, but that's exactly what it feels like.

The problem I had with it, though, is that it tries to be two things at once, when it should've just been light-hearted comedy set in a dark place. And it pretty much fails at both.

The way it came together, it was nothing more than a waste of a fantastically dark opening scene with that song which--as I learned from the wikipedia page--was described by Marilyn Manson as "more depressing and offensive than anything I've ever done".

In so many words: a great premise and a great cast wasted.
