Review of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein (1994) by Aidan B — 25 Jun 2010
Points for trying, just a shame it wasn't well. Seems all over the place and full of itself. The emotions don't resonate like in the novel, as things are just happening nonstop. The main parts that were added/changed (involving the strange obsession with fire Branagh apparently has) were bad ideas.
At least it tried to stick fairly closely to the book.
