Review of Mary Poppins (1964) by Clint W — 12 Jun 2014
Consideredas Walt Disney's crowning achievement, and greatest life struggles to try and make. Mary Poppins was one of Disney's last movies before his death, and left one of the biggest impressions.
The movie can be even more appreciated for those who've seen the movie inspired by the true events in "Saving Mr Banks." I've grown up with Mary Poppins, and grew a bigger love for it now that I'm older, and understand the scenes and moral of the movie.
Saving Mr Banks also gave the audience a powerful story on why this movie was important for Disney to make, and how much him and the original author of Mary Poppins went through with committing to make this movie happen.
