Review of Marwencol (2010) by 3Guys 1 — 06 Sep 2011
A respectful take on a unique real-life character; Marwencols greatest achievement is the way it portrays Hogancamp as fascinating and eye-opening, not as a clown or freak. Also worth mentioning is the style of this documentary which was sleight, but with a nice nostalgic filter throughout.
In fact the only noteworthy negative aspect was that it dragged at points. This film will most definitely stay with you.
