Hello, all..

.

Nothing exciting happening, except Aly and I went to town earlier. I swear that was Ron working at McDonald's. Ron is the resident pervert in Spring Creek. I don't think that I can name a girl that he hasn't slept with...excluding Aly and myself. And maybe Cesira, but you can never be sure..

.

Anyway, Aly is just about to finish a Corona! Yay! .

.

Wait, what was I going to say?.

.

Oh yes, latest movies..

.

So, first up was M&C:TFSOTW, which was not as dumbassed as I expected it to be. Ship movies most often bore me, ala Perfect Storm and Pirates Of The Shitty Carribbean. I think I may have gotten over my hatred of Russell Crowe. He's an ass, yes. And though his acting is usually monotone and shite-ish, I thought he was okay. I had a few gripes...like the French person's accent when they announced the attack...I mean, could it get any more fake? Also, it was boring at parts...it still isn't one of my top ten from 2003, but it was good. .

.

So, after seeing Master And Commander (FINALLY) I was inspired to see another tearjerker (since I was weeping at M&C...I know it's not classically a tearjerker, but I did cry). It took me a long time, but I finally decided on Marvin's Room, which I had been meaning to see and never followed through on it. .

.

It was...different. Not the plot, I mean, the plot was actually very...text book. Seen it a thousand times. What was different was seeing Robert De Niro, AKA Raging Bull and tough Mr. Fokker as a family physician, and Meryl Streep, sweet Sophie and darling Susan Orlean, as a bitch. It was kind of hard to watch at some parts, mostly because the characters were so real, such as her relationship with Leonardo DiCaprio's character (he wasn't his usual annoying self, y'know)....

.

Diane Keaton was okay, though slightly annoying. Anyway, point is it would have been a total shit pile if it didn't have the amazingly talented cast tacked onto it..

.

Anysmooch, Aly is getting bored, so we're going to go do something. Maybe we should leave a note on the Horse Palace doors. Or something. Anyway...talk to you tomorrow, if anyone's out there...whoa, Aly's pussy itches, and we're not talking about her cat....

.

All right, goodbye! .
