Review of Marvin's Room (1996) by Slim T — 12 Apr 2006
It's a sad movie, but not so sad you can't enjoy it.A woman who hasn't seen her ailing family in years takes her young sons(one a very out-of-control Leo DiCaprio) to Flordia, in hopes that they may be able to save her sick sister.
Meryl Streep is amazing and the role really fits her.Diane Keaton sorta annoyed me, but did an amazing job.Very nice appearances by DeNiro and Hedeya(sp).Leo was great, and I think he should have been given more roles in movies of that nature.
You couldn't be disapointed in this movie!:fresh:
