Review of Martyrs (2008) by Daniel S — 19 May 2011

While I admit there are some fine technical qualities to it, the sets, the cinematography, the music, and the tone is very bleak and there are some very intense scenes to be sure, the story is just a mess, it never knows where its going, and theres not much of a point to everything, it just keeps going on and on and is just so repetitive, near the end I just couldnt wait for the damn thing to be over.
