Possibly the oddest and most fucked up movie I've seen in a years. Hard to talk about it without plot spoilers, mainly because every 10-15 minutes or so, the story turns on its head and becomes something else.
Opens as Japanese-style horror, mutates into something more akin to Cronenbergian body horror. Some will hate it, and it isn't for those without a strong stomach.
