Review of Martin (1978) by Dustin R — 09 Nov 2007
Very unique film from horror god George Romero that finds a vampire (?) played sensitively by John Amplas struggling against the myths surrounding his condition and his need to drink blood. Very depressing, it also has a refreshing subtlety and underplayed tone.
Recommended. Look for small appearances by Tom Savini and Romero himself.
