Watched because I often enjoy John Cusack's projects. I really liked it, probably because I was the shy kid who didn't fit in well with others and tended to live in my head. Where some see schmaltz, I see sweetness.
I love the car scene, where the cinematography goes beautifully over the top in support of the movie's theme. That's going to stick in my head for awhile.
