Review of Marshall (2017) by Miguel H — 06 Feb 2018
This is an enjoyable film about Thurgood Marshall in his early years as an NAACP lawyer.
No one's history is told in any film without a political, personal or historical bias on the part of the film makers, and this one is no different.
Enjoy it, but don't take it as a biography of Marshall. Cliff notes are never complete. So if you like the film, read a book or two about Marshall, and really learn who he was and what he was about.
For an $8 ticket, you'll get $9.72 worth of entertainment.
