Review of Mars Attacks! (1996) by Mackenzie R — 13 Jan 2013

This is a good example of the need for a good script and plot no matter how good the cast and director are. With one of the most impressive casts ever assembled and a great director (along with good special effects), this movie was still quite weak and barely held my interest.

I just watched this again and, unfortunately, it doesn't get better with age. Skip this one unless you must see all Tim Burton movies.
